Pathological Loneliness

Glass walls and mirrors

Glisten

Separating me from the world.

Never alone,

Always alone,

Madness within beckons.

Soundless symphonies serenading

Dreamless dancers dancing

All is lost

All is found.

Unknown, your eyes gleam

Catching me

Compelling me from my dream.

I am not alone

Yet I am

Always in this pathological loneliness.
