Reviews are the lifeblood of books. You may think that it’s the words, the story, the content, but that’s only part of it. Books – and therefore authors – live or die depending upon the reviews and publicity they receive. Is this a good thing? Yes, and no.

With every book you read, your life changes. Your mind opens or closes in different ways, depending upon the book’s influence. You just downloaded new software into your brain and with it, your personal power increases. A single book can shift your entire world in ways you never imagined possible.

Some books are terrible. Some are amazing. Every book needs work, because nothing is ever perfect. All forms of writing derive from the mind of an author, and authors are far from perfect.

Without feedback, no author could hope to hone their craft and fix any mistakes present in the work. No author could improve their work and make better content later.

Reviews are more important than many people ever realize. Please… support your local authors. Write a review.
